No creams, how do I soothe my flare up

Hey!

Like most people here I've tried all the creams under the sun and nothing really works when I'm having a flare up.

Can I please have recommendations of practical ways that I can soothe the itch and stinging without creams? The eczema is on my hands.

I need something tonight that will help me get through the pain and stop me itching. It's super bad today.
