Looking for rental apartment in Arlington

Hi everyone , I am planning to move to Arlington area , closer to DC and will be working remotely. Looking for 1 bedroom rental apartment with safety , metro access, bike walk-friendly streets, access to shops.

Budget: $2200–2300 Preferences: Decent not luxurious apartment, good appliances, not too noisy, and reasonably spacious.

There are couple of areas I have checked ballston rosslyn corridor and pentagon/crystal city

I am looking at apartments.com , Zillow for search. I talked to couple of realtors and they suggested it’s better to search online than talking to realtors.

I liked ballston area , but most buildings I like seem to be $2500+, which is a bit out of range right now.

I am considering Pentagon City / Crystal City since it fits my budget better. But it feels more corporate and mall-like, less residential but still good overall.

The apartments I am currently checking is 1401 Joyce , Crystal tower apartments , millennium.

Before I finalize anything in Pentagon City, just wanted to check any good ballston apartment that might come in budget? Or any thoughts on the Pentagon city spots I mentioned?
