Summer Associate - Decorating/Necessities in the Office?

Hi LBWT!!!

I'm starting my first SA job tomorrow, and I'm super excited since I found out on Friday that I get to have my own office (the original plan was to have the three SAs work on the huge desk in the middle of the office) so I want to make it a place I can spend a while in! The commute one-way is an 1.5 hours so I want to make the space as enjoyable as I can especially when I have to stay late or come in early!!

I've searched up office necessities/decorating tips on this sub, but I was wondering if there were any things I must have in the office just to make my mornings/nights a little easier - it's a pretty small and chill firm but y'know, it's still a firm (it's also litigation so I would be shadowing and following attorneys to court/depos/etc)

As much as I would love to put a nice rug in my office, since it's an SA position, I'm not sure if there are different "rules" to how I can make the space mine; I also love any excuse to go out and buy some cute stationery (something something illusion of productivity something)
