Scooby Doo Blu-ray collection

I am in the process of starting my Scooby Doo Blu-ray collection and would appreciate your thoughts on how I should approach this. Should I start with the newer Warner Archives movies or begin with the Scooby Doo box collections? Some of the box collections include several Warner Archived movies. I would like to not duplicate movies if possible.
