Am I getting ripped?

2021 BMW X3 sdrive30i 48k miles. Trade in valued at 3k (potentially 4k upon inspection). List price $25,990. OTD price $25,186 (this includes 3k as my trade in value). Should I play the game and try to negotiate? Is it a fair deal?
