Skyrim SE - Windstad Mine

Hi there!

Only playing with a few mods selected and one of them is Windstad Mine. How do I check and verify that it installed properly? I'm using Vortex and it shows that the mod is enabled and up to date. But whenever I go into the game, I can't find the wagon that starts the quest to find the mine.
