Game Crashes can't even go back in to catch up and and I get penalized for it too

My phone is fine its not a potato, my game didnt really crash before the update so it wasnt really a problem before. But now in the loading screen before the game it just crashes sometimes and its pretty damn annoying especially because when I try to get back in the game the screen just freezes so I cant even catch back up for my team and I get penalized because if it too. Anyone know a fix?
