Death in the house

Yesterday, I asked about what to look for in a vacant house we are considering. Last night, we discovered someone was murdered inside the house over 30 years ago. Apparently it was a violent crime scene. The body was removed and found months later at a different location. I know the realtor is supposed to disclosure this information, but will they go into detail about it? And knowing this information, will this be a bargaining tool? We don't believe in ghost per say, but maybe a bad energy inside? What do ya'll think about this? We are going to see it in person on Tuesday.
