He gets so happy when i ask him how he's doing, it’s adorable.

Idk this guy that well, it’s not exactly a formal setting but he’s helping me with a project.

You thank him and you get a regular reply but the minute you say something basic as, “hope your week is going well,” he gets so happy. I sent two sentences to check on him recently (we both had been going through something stressful but moreso him than me), and that made him so happy. He responded with an entire paragraph.

I don’t think he’s into me because he doesn’t try prolonging the conversations but it’s just so cute regardless. I just had to tell someone about it.
