CTRLD DNS for gen3 & app issues

i need some help setting up a custom dns for my gen3 apple tv+ , heres some context iv been using the controld dns endpoint for a while an for a while it worked very well

i watch hbo max , prime video , paramount plus , disney + , an youtube an i split evenly between them all , my para plus is the basic yearly with some ads an with ctrld and

region redirect an the gen3 apple both the para + & the youtube have nearly to no ads ie with either15+hrs of watching maybe ever other day ill get 1 or 2 this is great

now the big current issue recently para + has just stop loading at all while running ctrld endpoint on the gen3 the app will open but none of the titles will load or play an iv tried to whitelist ever thing that pops when running ctrld , but still nothing , even turning of every blacklist in ctrld & setting the

bypass option for the paramount+ to the apple tv+ doesn't help only removing the endpoint does so is ther a way around this

id like to be able use ctrld again for two reasons 1 the near complete removal of ads from para+ & YouTube an the reduced latency in loading & buffering , an yes i know normally using a dvs/vpn

its the opposite but for me it was far better , so is ther a fix for my issue ?
