X870 Pro Rs Ethernet Not Working

Decided to order a "better" board while the two dead B650m Pro Rs's get RMAed and replaced (got back a new 9800x3d that works with the old PSU, RAM, AIO, etc).

It booted up, I was able to install windows, and the Ethernet worked, right up until I got into the home environment.

TLDR: Tried installing the 2.5gb drivers on the download page for the motherboard, didn't work. Tried the latest Realtek auto install driver (power safe and not support power safe). Checking if a known cable was going to work. Checked if LAN was enabled in bios, yep, disabled and re-enabled, no luck (indicator stay blank) Cleared CMOS, flashback to newest bios. Draining power and rebooting.

Im probably going to return the board a bit before my return period expires if I'm not able to fix this issue. I'm using a usb to ethernet adapter and that works well. How you fuck up Ethernet, especially a family of ports thats been on ASRock motherboards for how long is anybody's guess.
