Looking to move to Bull City.

Hey, I’ll be moving to Durham soon. I’m looking for a one bedroom apartment that is at most a 15 to 20 minute walk to a dog friendly park. I am thinking about choosing The Old Bull at American Tobacco. It has the style I like but I would really love a smoke free outdoor space. Are there any downtown grocery stores? Sort of like Weavers Market in Raleigh.

Also what is the Hayes Barton of Durham? Is it close to downtown and DPAC?
