When the new game releases what could Rockstar do to GTAV Online to keep it alive (Especially for the PC gamers who will refuse to buy a console)

One example I thought of was to re-add all the previously removed vehicles from the shops so that people wouldn't have to either win them from the casino or rely on another player to trade via the car meet.
