Android App guide on usage? I have no idea how the gamepad controls work, or how to change streaming settings

New users testing out the service from GFN. However, I can't find how to modify streaming quality settings. Similarly, using a game pad I can't figure out how to control the mouse with my gamepad without using the touchscreen. And when I hide the in game overlay from Boosteroid, I can't get it to show again. Thanks
