GPU Not Being Used?

I factory reset my laptop, opened it, unplugged the battery and cleaned the fans.

Now I installed a few different games and my gpu is only at 4% usage, in ALL of them. I don’t know what could’ve caused this, does anyone know a solution? Has this happened to anyone else?
