(Potential Spoiler?) What happened to the soul of the original Penelope? Help Me Find

I was watching TikTok's of the Manhwa version, and it brought up how the og Penelope's died so many times that her soul couldn't take it anymore and broke. And that a fragment of her soul had reincarnated in Korea (into the new Penelope's og body, if that makes sense?) but then was reincarnated back as Penelope. So, does that mean that the og and the new Penelope are technically the same person?
