Myofunctional Orthodontics and Therapy recs?

I'm looking for a good myofunctional orthotic clinic that also offers myofunctional therapy. I've had orthodontic relapse even though I always wear my retainer every night which hasn't only affected my teeth but also the appearance of my jaw and mouth since it's slanted now.

After a lot of research (even considered getting veneers at one point) I think my best option is myofunctional orthodontics and therapy to prevent relapse from happening a 2nd time.

There are a few clinics I have in mind but I want to know if anyone has had a really good experience with one!
