Booked holiday, abusive partner has cheated on me, what are my options?

I have been in a three year relationship characterised by him cheating, lying and abusing me psychologically and physically. During a recent ‘love bombing’ phase he talked me into booking a holiday for us and our respective children. In a surprise to no-one, more lies and cheating have come out and I no longer feel safe going away with him and cannot afford to pay for him and his two children as well as myself and my two.

The holiday is a package holiday, booked under my name and is being paid in instalments. I paid the deposit on my credit card. I’ve submitted a request to see if i can remove the three passengers who are no longer going but there will likely still be quite a lot to pay for them. Do I have any other options in light of the abuse I have experienced? Can I force him to still pay his share? I reported him to the police some months ago but ultimately he wasn’t charged due to lack of evidence and any injuries and bruises since then I’ve felt it was pointless to report as he just talks his way out of it.
