Help

Hey guys so I’ve been noticing that my dad looks at my chest a lot and unfortunately idk how he knows but both my parents know that I have my nipples pierced. MOST of the time I always catch him staring, like I could be walking to the bathroom or kitchen and he turns his head and stares 2 seconds too long. Or I could be coming out my room and hes sitting on the couch just staring and it’s so uncomfortable. And he knows I have them pierced and it’s just like why would he look there?? Even when I do decide to wear a bra or two shirts it’s like he’s still trying to see. But anyway I told my mom about it today and just as I expected she takes his side and tells me to apologize and that he’s just glancing but he’s not. She’s also said he’s staring because he wants to tell me to put clothes on? But it’s not like I purposely wear stuff it’s just my pajamas, and I normally wear an oversized shirt but I have to wash so today I was wearing a black crop top and some shorts, but that just doesn’t make sense. He’s done it enough to the point I’m very uncomfortable and whenever I walk into the room I’m trying to awkwardly cover myself. So now things are awkward and idk what to do. Can anyone help me out?
