I think I’m about to have a panic attack

I’m scared. I keep feeling random pain and aches in my upper chest, spreading from the what feels like inside my chest to the top of my breasts, and in my upper back. It feels like a pain in the middle of my body.

I just took 400mg of ibuprofen which I’m hoping will kick in but gosh I’m so nervous it’s something heart related, or I’m gonna freak myself out so bad I’ll have a heart attack.
