I'm 18f And I want my parents to get divorced because their marriage gives nothing except stress. My father is 62 years old, while my mother is 52. He's retired, and my mother is a working woman and earns up to 1.5 lakh, while my father earns a pension of up to 30,000. Their marriage is toxic; there's no physical abuse in it, but mental abuse is definitely there. My mother accuses us and cries in front of her relatives. When they tell her to leave us, she just says, "CHODO KYA KAR SAKTE HAI," because she knows who the real victim is and who's pretending too. And my father has accepted his fate that he will never be happy. I'm seeing my father give up on life in front of my eyes, and I couldn't do anything. He's saying once you are married, there's no going back, but it's for his own good and ours too. If they get divorced, does he have to pay her alimony? Both of his children aren't minors anymore, and no one wants to go with her. I want him to enjoy his life, which he lost because of this toxic marriage . Will court favor us?? We have enough evidence against her ?? Do they consider video clips as evidence?
