V63-BERTHA average vendor price?

So I just started playing a few weeks ago, and I'm still learning meta/good builds. I'm flipping through a vendor and I see someone called the V63-BERTHA in a vendor. Wiki says it's from an event last year and God knows when it'll return. This person's selling it for 7000 Caps. Is that worth it/average price or should I wait for a cheaper one?
