Suggestions for Recording Airsoft Matches?

I've been playing more seriously for about the last 7 months now and I finally got 2 GoPros and I did some recording of my Pubs matches this weekend. I want to start making videos on airsoft and I'm looking to see if anyone has good tips and suggestions in general, but I do have a few things I wanted more direct answers about.

For context, I have a chest mount and a helmet mount and my initial idea was to try and splice between the two. Use the chest cam for the running around and such and cut over to the helmet cam for action like shooting or pushing objectives.

My main questions are: Should I do lightly edited raw footage or should I do that super edited multi-camera stuff I was considering? For either route, what are the general thoughts on commentary and gameplay review style content (like, talking over the footage, explaining strategy and thoughts in the moment, etc.)
