Leg Hurts After T Injection

I've done four self-injections since I first started taking T. I got it on that website RoidBazaar that I saw a bunch of FTM dudes recommend. I got Testosterone Cypionate and inject 100 mg every Friday into my thigh (I swap thighs every injection). Yes, I use alcohol wipes before and after injecting. Yes, I hold my skin taut DURING and put a little bandaid on the place after I inject.
For like three days after every injection, my lower leg gets stiff and hurts. Online research has led me to think it's because of the angle I'm injecting at?
I inject at a 45 degree angle (or try to) with an 18 g 1 inch needle. I try to do intramuscular injections because the internet has given me mixed signals on if I should do fat or or muscle injections.

Should I swap to fat injections in my stomach? Am I just not good enough at injecting with the needle yet?
I'm confused on what to do and would rather not deal with my leg hurting. I can stand on it and walk and stuff, but it still hurts in a very thought-interrupting way.
