Constant people yelling outside at night?? What to do?

I live in in an apartment across from a 7/11 and an alley. It is also off a very busy street.

At least everyother night there are people who hang out in the alley and somehow turns into a screaming match. This can last for a few mins to and hour of constant back and forth. Occasionally, the poor 7/11 workers has to go out there to yell at them for stealing/ messing with the store/etc. Ive seen the work run outside with a baseball bat threatening the people to get lost. One time there was a shooting and that really shook me.

I’m a regular at the 7/11 and theyre good people and feel bad they have to deal with the constant shenanigans.

Even if i have my windows closed I can still hear them yelling and it wakes me at night. Is there anything I can do about this? I feel like 311 is a bit much but not sure any other options. Thanks!

(Also yes I am writing this as there are people yelling outside for a second night in a row :/ )
