Autoortho and simhaven wont work Xplane 11

Auto ortho works for only some regions of the pack example i only fly around thailand or anywhere APL V2 takes me but the hub is at bangkok as i fly for thai airways international but the auto ortho works just on the west part of the country example phuket has scenery but bangkok doesnt and sim haven just doesnt work at all can anyone give me a reason or how to fix? i already adjusted the position on scenerypacks.ini btw

This post might not be about xplane 12 but when i tried xp12 it didnt work for it either i switched to xp11 anyway still doesnt work
