[TOMT] Anime name? Know the characteristic but can't find the name. Blue hair, robot girl, sad and tragic I think.

[SKIP THIS PART to the bottom if you want to know the detail immediately]

What I remember about this anime is that first the main center piece of it cover was a robot girl with cyan color hair that was found in abandon building by a man. I pretty sure the series was short. like not even 12 episodes. And it was really sad!

[Assuming, can't confirm from memory]: I think the girl "died" and the guy took her memory chip. At some point, got put into a new robot at the end of the show. Also their was a scene in the episode of a some kind of robot warmachine attacking them and teaming up to fight it, although she got absolutely rekt by it.

Sorry if this isn't enough info but I know it isn't the anime "Vivy: Fluorite".

List: It a short anime, a blue/cyan hair robot girl found in an abandoned building by 1 man, two of them fought a big robot war machine, she got rekt in the fight, her memory in a chip got transfer to a new body years later, I think, and the cover of the anime has a robot girl with many stars in the sky as a background.
