Celebrity Summit Guarantee Oceanview

We are first time cruisers and thinking of Alaska. Looking for experiences with Celebrity and guaranteed ocean view rooms. It says the view might be partially blocked, anyone here ever experience a partially blocked view on the Summit? This cruise would be less $$ than the Princess Sapphire we are comparing it to. Also thinking of the Zaandam in August. Thanks!
