Has anyone manage to Rig the Chais Chracter Model properly

Last year i tried to study blender and quit because it was too complicated for his bones to be rigged ik and fk.

Im wondering if anyone had done it perfectly and manage to rig Chai and can easily move his body parts.

Thanks in advance.
