Job opportunity at 19

I have an opportunity to work at a factory 3rd shift for $23 an hour in more rural Michigan and was curious if it something worth doing for a while. It doesn’t look like there’s much more expansion in my future of working there but at the same I am completely lost of my direction in life.

I know I’ll take it but I just don’t know of this is a very good opportunity or where to go afterwards. Any advice would be appreciated because I just don’t know what I could do with the money I make or what to go to school for if there’s even time
