Trying to buy a putter they sent me an invoice for PayPal but it is a timecamp invoice

So I was ready to buy this putter through this guy online but they wanted me to have it shipped since I can’t get down to pick it up anytime soon so they sent me a invoice through time camp with a PayPal link but I don’t know why it’s not a PayPal invoice?
