Anyone else struggling to get over their ex talking stage?

I wanna let go of her so bad but unfortunately some unhealed part of me is still somehow attracted to her even after she did me so dirty and it’s been almost 4 months. I’ve gotten over ACTUAL exes quicker than her. She played me and broke my heart into a million pieces and lied to me about a bunch of things. I hate how attached I became to her but oh well. I’ll get over it some day even if it doesn’t feel like I will, I know I will, but there are some days I feel hopeless because I’m tired of the unhealthy attachment I have to her
