[TOMT][MOVIE][post-2000s] Movie that has a scene of girl donating trivial amount of money to help

I can’t remember anything for certain about the movie; there’s even a slight chance that it is a show but I’m recalling a movie. I can hazily recall one scene. I believe that it is a child’s animated movie. The one scene I remember is for some reason a guy (I believe the main character) needs a lot of money fast. A child (I think a little girl) approaches him and gives him a dollar or two or some small amount. Although it doesn’t get him any closer to his sudden, urgent and large goal he is touched and clutches the money, puts it to his heart and possibly sheds a tear. Other people around them (I think they are in a crowd and the crowd is aware of his need for money) are moved by this girls action and decide to also donate and he gets all the money he needs to solve his problem leading to a happy ending.
