Anyone having trouble connecting?

I tried earlier on my lunch break and just tried to log in now and I haven't been able to connect to MyFaction. Online play and CC works fine so it's not that I can't connect to the servers. I didn't open a ticket about the missing Zoey Stark card and got a response that they were going to add it to my inventory.
