Vga red light on what's the issue?

Before you ask yes my gpu it's mounted in a slot until I heard a click and I screwed it in so that it wouldn't be loose and I have a pcie cable that connects it to my power supply

The cpu and ram seems fine but it's stuck on the vga light and it won't fully boot even though I'm 99% sure I put the gpu In correctly

For reference I have an ryzen eagle ax b650 motherboard My power supply is a corsair rm850x My gpu is an AMD Radeon rx 7600 if that helps
