Norethindrone should I take it?

Hello! So I have a birthday vacation with my boyfriend coming up on the 6th (6/6) but I am expected to to get my period on the 9th (according to my tracker) so I decided to buy Norethindrone so I could delay it. The thing is that I also took a plan b around 5/19. Idk if I even really needed it but I took it anyways for peace of mind. Point is, if the plan b ideally delayed my ovulation wouldn’t it also cause my period to delay?. I need advice.. should I take the Norethindrone? I plan on drinking alcohol, smoking, eating, swimming and being out a lot for my vacation and I also don’t want to experience any bad side affects from the Norethindrone. If anyone else has ever taken it what is it like? Any nausea or bad side affects? For some background, I’ve never had any allergy or bad reaction to medications, my period/cycle is pretty regular and my tracker is usually accurate maybe sometimes a day or two off. Ugh I’m just so scared now to take it but I also don’t want to get my period during my bday vacation:( please help
