Senior please help this dumb kid!!

So I am a neet aspirant but this year my exam didn't go well (1st drop) and I don't want any other drop I gave JEE without studying kuch for it and got like 92percentile and according to previous year I can get into biomed or biotech and I am thinking going towards biomed, so can u tell me that if I should see any other colleges or should stick with this one or take a partial drop ( I actually don't wanna do a drop). Halep this guy out ;(
