Could someone tell me why riot grrrl called riot grrrl？ How should this name come out?

I’m a student who are very interested in Riot Grrrl movement but I have limited knowledge and ways to learn it more. I had tried to search for the zines during this period on NY University but unfortunately it was forbidden for the students who are not enrolled in.
