Duck tv show with a little duck in early 1990s

There was a duck on tv (animated) but not darkwing, duck man or duck tales. It was a sweet day time animated show on maybe Nick jr? but I am not sure. I remember seeing it whenever I was home from school. The animations remind me of Little Bear but I swear it was about a duck and early 90s, like 92 or 93.

Am I just going crazy? I have been thinking about this show forever but can’t find it via google.
