[TOMT] song/music video that was used in a JD Vance meme

It’s not temperature by Sean Paul, but it’s got the vibe/genre of Sean Paul and Shaggy. What I remember is that there are two singers, and in the music video the singer who does the chorus is a big guy sitting on the beach. He might have braids but I can’t really remember. I think the song was bout love and/or sex. My guess is that the song came out in the 90s or aughts. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
