Any mods for increasing party size for conversations only?(and not combat)

I'm on my third playthrough, and I would really like both the challenge of going honor mode (whether it counts or not, I have my dice already) while also not missing any of the character reactions or dialogue. Right now I've got a mod that increases party size and mods that create extra enemies and encounters to try to compensate for the difficulty difference, but I'd much prefer it if I could just find a mod compatible with patch 8 that let's me drag my whole team around but sticking to only controlling 4 in combat.

Does this exist? Preferably in the in game mod manager for simplicity's sake, but if I have to use vortex or something that could be fine too.
