Help me buy a gift!!!

My boss is a slalom skier. I know nothing about water skiing. I want to buy him a gift. Money is no object (im not buying him a boat)

What should I get him?

Are there any ropes or anything that are pretty world class but also standard because i know nothing about what he does?

Any advice?

Thanks!
