Items I Don’t Recognize Processed From My Clean Out

I just sent in my first clean out bag. I had a bunch of stuff I was planning to donate, but it was all brands ThredUp accepts, some of them considered “premium” so I sent in a bunch of items in a premium bag after reading about the differences here.

I have ADHD and a busy, somewhat hectic and sleep deprived life, so I don’t totally trust my memory but… there is at least one item listed as processed that I swear I’ve never seen before. I really don’t remember owning or sending in a lavender hoodie. I also washed everything before I sent it in, so I feel like I would remember this item? That said, these items were sitting in a plastic bin in my closet for like a year before I sent them in, so maybe I just forgot.

Is this kind of mix up a common thing? I feel bad if I’m getting credit for an item I didn’t send. But I’m not certain enough about it to escalate the issue, if that makes sense? At a minimum, lesson learned: Next time I’ll try to make an inventory list for myself, like I’ve seen suggested here a bunch of times before.

They also listed something as assorted brands but everything I sent it had a brand visible, I think it might be a Lulu tank, but I can’t see the logo clearly enough in the pictures. But again, not certain enough to argue it. If I had kept an inventory list, that would solve this issue.
