Pain that moves around the foot

Hello, I occasionally get foot pain that moves around as the week progresses.

For 1-2 days it seems to feel like posterior tibial tendonitis, then the pain moves to the heel area. Afterwards it’s on the outer ankle and then it is on the roof of my foot for a day or two. I don’t know how to describe this issue but it’s killing me. It feels like muscle/tendon damage, not nerve. Also I’ve had gout and it’s definitely not that. Any idea on what it may be?
