Evvy test results

Hello! These are my results. I'm shocked, honestly. I thought they would be worse, considering my symptoms:

I have 97% protective bacteria (lactobacillus crispatus) and 3% disruptive bacteria. *Yellowish discharge with the smell of ammonia *Vulvar itching

About a month ago, I started a 7-day course of oral metronidazole, along with NAC, garlic capsules, and oregano oil as "biofilm busters." Before finishing the antibiotic, the symptoms began to return. Afterwards, I started taking Vitanica vaginal probiotics for about 7 days, and my symptoms improved. Currently, I have a light yellowish discharge that smells like ammonia and occasional vulvar itching. Would you recommend taking antibiotics again with this level of protective bacteria or continuing with probiotics? Any advice is welcome☺️
