Dude asked me(lesbian) if I know what homophobia is

My coworker said he didn’t like my speaker and I said are you homophobic? Since it has rainbow stripes on it. He’s like “no” and “do you know what homophobia is”? I laughed and was like “do you know?” And told him to tell me what it is. He’s like “it’s when you don’t like when men treat you how you treat women”. Left me confused and frustrated that I’m talking to an idiot and I see him everyday at work
