Pregnancy and psoriatic arthritis .

Hi everyone. I am three months pregnant and also having the condition of psoriatic arthitis.Right now i am having a very bad flare but since i am pregnant i am also reluctant to having any medicines even the ones which are safe. Is there anyone who is taking medication to manage arthritis during pregnancy.

Also i want to know i want to start with bilogics after my pregnancy . Is there anyone who gets their biologics from india.
