Lee can't catch a break lol

I want to be clear these are not buffs these changes are just corrections from the incompetent decisions of S2. Lee was bottom tier in S1 and he's still gonna be after these changes. Where's the patches for d2, fF4, and 1+2? This is ridiculously disappointing. I mean what competent Lee is even using and finishing 2,1,3 and 1,2,2,3 that often? Patching strings rather than his crushing moves proves these devs have know idea what makes this character special or functional.

As for the rest of the patch notes, I didn't see almost any frame nerfs. Hopefully there's something in these patches that makes the game feel better. It's looking pretty bad tho 😬
