Low income will advice

So I don’t make a ton of money, I don’t have kids, I don’t have a partner, I buy lots of cool stuff for myself. What is my best option for a will/give what I own to my niece who can give it away. I’m 37ish and want to set up something so my life doesn’t go to the government.
