Help! RX5070 Crash after Drivers Installation

Hello All, I am reaching out as I have ran down potential fixes for this issue and have been unable to resolve it so far.

My issue is I have a Brand new RX5070 12GB from ASUS and after installing Drivers the graphics crashed. Upon holding down the power and restarting the computer, I was unable to pass the lock screen as the screen would go black before I was able to do anything. There are no lights on card itself or MB. Additionally I am going to install a Ryzen 7 9700x CPU soon with a new motherboard. However I will need to tackle this issue first.

Ryzen 7 1700x
MB: B350 TOMAHAWK
RAM: DDR4 32 (4x8)
GPU: RTX5070 12GB OC
PSU: Corsair RM750e (750w)
